Settings

The Settings page (Admin) is where organisation-level configuration lives.

Organisation

  • Name — your lab or clinic name, shown in PDF exports
  • Logo — upload a logo that appears on PDF exports (HTTPS URL)
  • Region — country and region used for public holiday calculations

Team members & invites

Invite new users by email. Choose their role:

  • Admin / Manager — full editor access
  • Viewer — can see the schedule and their own rota only; can submit leave requests if HR mode is on

Invited users receive a magic link by email to set up their account.

HR settings

  • Annual leave entitlement — default days per year for new staff
  • Leave requests — enable to let Viewer accounts submit leave requests for approval
  • Outlook sync — connect to Microsoft Outlook to sync approved leave to calendar

Account preferences

Access your personal preferences from the avatar icon (bottom of the sidebar on desktop, or the account icon on mobile):

  • Theme — Light, Dark, or Auto
  • Accent colour — choose from preset colours
  • Language — Spanish, English, or Browser default
